John first makes comments and then later on takes calls. Some of the topics were...Diane Feinstein will introduce an assault weapons ban to the new congress. John says there is a video that shows a connection between Batman and the Aurora Colorado and Connecticut shootings. *The Libor banking scandal hearings and the associations between the fathers of the shooters in Aurora and Connecticut were mentioned again.

John says don't join NRA and join Gun Owners of America instead. John says do not join up with militias because you have a target on your back. John says that any attempt to register firearms is a violation of the constitution. And any attempt to confiscate firearms is a violation of the constitution.

Caller who lives a mile from where the school shooting took place in Connecticut gives his comments and observations. Another caller, Russ from Vermont is against 'assault rifles' and thinks people who use them are gangsters or drug dealers, and anyone who buys one is either a gangster or a nut. John tells the caller the facts and then ends the conversation.

At 29:11 a caller, JJ from Colorado thinks a 'shotgun was used' and not the rifle because one victim has 11 holes which is consistent with a #4 buckshot. This is something no one else is talking about. JJ goes on to mention that there are at least three lies about the weapons that were used (in the Connecticut Shooting).

John thinks that the real reason behind this, is to cause a push back by the gun culture. And the the 'powers that be' will create a violent push back (if needed) and they will 'contrive' it to get what they want according to John.

Because when they get the violent push back, 'and they will' then THAT will give them what they are really looking for. And that is a reason to be very draconian which might include checkpoints on highways, checkpoints in public places, crackdowns on legitimate gun organizations like Gun Owners Of America and the NRA. 'A freight train running down hill with no brakes'. John warns not to get caught up in the 'push back
