For what it's worth, here's the second part of Humble's book. There doesn't seem to be any real scientific research behind it, other than the use of ClO2 for water purification. The use in humans for various infections seems to be based on purely anecdotal evidence, and the MLM aspect of it raises lots of red flags.

Having said that, I have a friend with chronic Lyme disease who has been using it for about 8 weeks and has seen a definite improvement in his peripheral neuropathy.

Some of the online Lyme disease forums have more on the subject, and it seems that Humble himself if something of a shady character. Anyway, here's a bit more information so you can decide for yourself.
