I'm travelling and it's going to take me a day or two probably to upload this as I can only ul for an hour or two at a time. You could select part 4/4 and dl just that to begin with and see if it's of interest - can't find it on the net, though UK terrestrial TV (Channel 5, 2001).
***EDIT***
Here is the synopsis for Parts 3/4 I did not have time to include in the .nfo:
Part 3 (207MB):
Theoretical scenario of a bio mall 'bombing' examined further: victim symptoms may not be noticed immediately; 'B.W.': biological warfare tests on sheep at Gruinard Island, Scotland; letters with anthrax spores posted in USA; profile of likely medical response; release of "non-pathogenic" bacteria across southern coasts of Britain; 1963/4 trials on spread patterns on London Underground.
Part 4 (111MB):
Porton Down scientists' cleanup of anthrax from Gruinard Island only completed by 1986. US's creation in 1956 of BX gas; bombing of Kurdish city of Haladjah by Saddam Hussein; Japanese sect's use; conclusions on terrorists' use.
