Increase Your Bandwith 20% Works

wanted to share this here as it greatly improved my download speed,matter a fact on bitlord is what i use for downloads i was getting 681 kbps i have never got that speed ever.
and at www.testmy.net my max download went from 5731 kbps to 5941 kbps.so i recommend you first go to www.testmy.net and run a download speed test,pick recommended/then do the configuration/restart and do the test again

restart computer in safe mode/log in as administrator/go to run/GPEDIT.MSC W IT/computer configuration/administrative templates/network/qos packet schedular/double click on limit reserveable bandwith/a window will appear/select enable and enter the number 0 in the box click apply/ok/if you cant use apply just click ok/thats it restart yourv computer
