This movie shows what just might save our food and our planet. Fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other modern agriculture methods are increasingly eroding topsoil all over the world. Our food is devitalized, lacking nutrients because it comes from dead soil. As the food we eat is digested and becomes our blood, we are what we eat. Literally. And this all begins in our soil... starved soil begins the process which ultimately results in starving our mind, body, and spirit.
