Not nearly as well done as Hemplands, this documentary consists of footage from public speeches at the Seattle Hempfest, 2002 and later, a WAMM event in Santa Cruz and other similar events. The sound and video quality is very uneven, and the editing clumsy.
Worth a quick look by those interested in the topic.
