Tuesday, May 6, 2014: William “Billy” Baer, a resident of Gilford, New Hampshire, a respected attorney and the father of a child attending middle school, was arrested Monday for “disorderly conduct” for allegedly violating a “two-minute rule” of speech imposed by school board chairman Sue Allen during a school board meeting.
