GZL Clyde Lewis Oct 05 2012 Mass Fatalities Act HR 6566 - Commercial Free with additional editing.

Extra Editing done by Shortwave and uploaded @Concen.org.. This needed extra extensive editing to an already commercial free broadcast in order to make it straight to the point and listenable. The four minute intro bumpers were deleted, as were the intro and out segments as were the endless repetition of call in phone numbers, the long pauses (dead air)...some of them were over 10 seconds are now gone, embedded commercials gone, the "hi how are you doing" edited out, the long winded five minute repetition of the hemming and hawing that never gets to the point was edited out. Over 240 much needed edits takes this from 3:19 down to 2:24, almost an hour edited out.

Unedited makes this broadcast difficult to listen to...IMO However if you want or need that version, good luck...here it is...

Here is the description of the broadcast from his website

"Continuing the investigation into dark secrets come to light, Ground Zero delves even deeper into the questions: What else are they keeping secret? What are you keeping secret? And why is the US government planning for 'mass fatalities'? Join Clyde Lewis as he spills 'The Secrets In The Dysfunctional Zeitgeist'!"

Here is my description of the broadcast.

There is a new bill called HR 6566 , In short it is a new bill that will add to the DHS which will address mass fatalities in some kind of apocalypse scenario. The question is, what is the real intent of the bill, and why now in this point in time when everything seems to be focusing to the end of the year? Many callers to the broadcast seem very wide awake and have been preparing. This broadcast is in the recommended listening to category, especially after the much needed editing. SW.

A BILL

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Administrator
of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide guidance and
coordination for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Mass Fatality Planning and Religious
Considerations Act''.

SEC. 2. FINDINGS.

Congress finds the following:
(1) Emergency preparedness often plans for how to prepare
and provide for survivors of a natural disaster, act of
terrorism, or other man-made disaster, but fails to plan for
how to prepare for and respond to mass fatalities that result
from such an incident.
(2) Funeral homes, cemeteries, and mortuaries could be
overwhelmed should mass fatalities arise from a natural
disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster.
(3) Different religions have different customs surrounding
death; for example, the Jewish and Muslim religions call for
burial of the deceased not later than 48 hours after death.

SEC. 3. PREPAREDNESS FOR MASS FATALITIES RESULTING FROM A NATURAL
DISASTER, ACT OF TERRORISM, OR OTHER MAN-MADE DISASTER.

Section 504 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 314) is
amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:
``(c) Preparedness for Mass Fatalities.--In carrying out this
section, the Administrator shall provide guidance to and coordinate
with appropriate individuals, including representatives from different
communities, private sector businesses, non-profit organizations, and
religious organizations, to prepare for and respond to a natural
disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster that results in
mass fatalities.''.
