The Following Video Files ARE of RT TV "Russia Today" News Television Broadcasting, which is Owned By 'Renova Group of Companies'. RT TV is also Streamed LIVE over the Internet, with above average Quality.
The separate Video Files include the 'Times' as Captured in "hhmm--hhmm" 24 hour Format, and "Date_Time" are MSD - Moscow Daylight Time, Time zone offset: UTC + 4 hours, MSD is 4 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
"Russia Today" News Television has a simple and straight foreward format. Portions of their desk presentations by their news readers are not always 'Live'. Also, in the upper right hand corner of the screen you will see the 'LIVE' button fielded in Red. It does not always appear when the desk presentations are live, I regularly disregard this indicator.
