By the 1970s, the Stasi had decided that methods of overt persecution which had been employed up to that time, such as arrest and torture, were too crude and obvious. It was realised that psychological harassment was far less likely to be recognised for what it was, so its victims, and their supporters, were less likely to be provoked into active resistance, given that they would often not be aware of the source of their problems, or even its exact nature. Zersetzung was designed to side-track and "switch off" perceived enemies so that they would lose the will to continue any "inappropriate" activities. Tactics employed under Zersetzung generally involved the disruption of the victim's private or family life. This often included psychological attacks such as breaking into homes and messing with the contents – moving furniture, altering the timing of an alarm, removing pictures from walls or replacing one variety of tea with another. Other practices included property damage, sabotage of cars, purposely incorrect medical treatment, smear campaigns including sending falsified compromising photos or documents to the victim's family, denunciation, provocation, psychological warfare, psychological subversion, wiretapping, bugging, mysterious phone calls or unnecessary deliveries, even including sending a vibrator to a target's wife. Usually victims had no idea the Stasi were responsible. Many thought they were losing their minds, and mental breakdowns and suicide could result. One great advantage of the harassment perpetrated under Zersetzung was that its subtle nature meant that it was able to be plausibly denied. That was important given that the GDR was trying to improve its international standing during the 1970s and 80s, especially in conjunction with the Ostpolitik of West-German chancellor Willy Brandt massively improving relations between the two German states. Zersetzung techniques have since been adopted by other security agencies, particularly the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). comment: According to John Hall, there are at least 300'000 targeted individuals in the U.S. alone, and there are at least one million Americans involved right now in doing the targeting. Considering that most targeted individuals (TIs) aren't even aware of being targeted, the number of victims may be much higher, though. It is also interesting to know that some years ago Markus Wolf, the former head of Estern German Stasi intelligence was invited by U.S. Homeland Security, alias American Gestapo, to teach them everything he had learned. If you know what was going on in former Eastern Germany, then that's a bad sign indeed. There are some indications that this entire gangstalking program, which may be happening globally, is being managed by a system of artificial intelligence (AI), and this AI has been programmed with the knowledge inside the Machiavellian mind of Stasi-king Markus Wolf. Actually, this gangstalking operation has to be managed by an AI, being so vast and so complex, since no human mind could possibly cope with such a massive task. Bear in mind that all modern warfare being done by the Pentagon these days is being done with the help of artificial intelligence - you even have an AI on your Playstation. This entire complex of targeting and gangstalking shouldn't merely be looked at as an improved form of suppressing and harassing political dissidents the way it was being done back in Nazi-Germany and in the former USSR, but it is rather one of the many manifestations of an all encompassing cybernetic transhuman command and control structure, managing many aspects of our lives, controlling the banking system, controlling the military, controlling the media, controlling the education system, controlling censorship patterns on social media, controlling politics, controlling the culture industry, controlling even secret societies and the Illuminati. "We control everything you can see and hear." To this day, this massive control system has largely remained hidden from the public, but now an increasing number of citizens are being confronted by the nasty side of this AI control system, and being victims of it, has become painfully visible to them, and these citizens have a name, they're called "targeted individuals" (TIs). Considering that most people live in a completely false reality, designed by the corporate controlled media, it is very difficult for these TIs to communicate to their friends what is happening to them, because their experiences are pointing to a new hidden reality, a reality that so far has been completely unknown to the rest of us. We simply cannot integrate their weird narrative into our synthetic and false paradigm. It is much easier for the rest of us to simply label these victims as being delusional, but maybe in truth it is the rest of us who are being delusional for not accepting the existence of that hidden reality. One day we may wake up, realizing that we're living right in the middle of a highly bizarre science fiction movie, realizing that the "crazy ones" have always been telling the truth. The war being waged on these TIs may be waged by an AI, realizing that its global mind control and culture creation operations haven't quite been able to mentally indoctrinate and reprogram every citizen on this planet, such as 9-11 truthers for example, therefore these "special people" are being taken care of by very special means, eventually driving them to real insanity or suicide, which is happening to many of them right now. Making these TIs look insane, resulting in social isolation, preventing them from waking up anyone, that's exactly the very goal of these gang stalking operations: Total and utter mental incapacitation. An AI needn't be evil as such, it all depends on its programmers, but the ruling elites owning these systems don't quite seem to be a paragon of virtues. We're right in the middle of a global war, and it is a silent war, an invisible war, a subliminal war, a cybernetic war.
