Former Journalist Brian D. Hill planning FOIA Lawsuit

There is soon going to be a FOIA lawsuit filed by former USWGO Alternative News reporter Brian D. Hill.

I want people here to stay tuned in to this battle that is about to begin.

Brian will soon be filing a FOIA lawsuit after his Ex-Attorney John Scott Coalter (court appointed lawyer of Greensboro, NC) has made a veiled threat or hinted around that he may dispose of Brian's criminal case discovery packet, then he lied further and claimed that Local rules in the Middle District of North Carolina Federal Court prohibit any Defendants from having their discovery packets, that only Attorneys can have it, and hinted as if they can dispose of the discovery packet. Brian got very angry and started threatening a lawsuit within two weeks as an act agaiunst John Scott Coalter for even hinting around that he may destroy/dispose of his discovery packet for his criminal case.

His discovery packet is essential for Brian to prove his Actual Innocence via affirmative Defense of Frame Up.

Within two weeks, Brian plans to file a lawsuit proceeding against the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA) of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Brian will cite cases such as Brady v. Maryland, evidence that the U.S. Attorney lied to a paralegal about 0 records being withheld in full, present a "Evidence Videio" DVD to the Judge in the Courtroom. Brian will present a compelling case on a Pro Se basis that will embarrass the U.S. Justice Department for covering up evidence of signs of Actual Innocence.

Brian is also in mediation with the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) but they have refused to come to a consensus on the matter. Basically the U.S. Department of InJustice is ignoring Brian's FOIA Appeal while his own court appointed lawyer Mr. Coalter of Greensboro had made a veiled threat or hinted at disposing of Brian's entire discovery packet of evidence after Brian gave the Innocence Clinic of Wake Forest permission to get access to his discovery packet but again, Coalter is working against him.

John Scott Coalter also threatened Brian with two criminal charges of perjury and obstruction of justice (for his false guilty plea agreement) if he tries to prove his Innocence in Federal Court.

Due Process deprivation, Judicial corruption, misconduct, and his own Defense lawyer threatening his own client.

Brian is going to prove that the U.S. Attorney is covering up evidence that proves the U.S. Attorney had a weak case, not a open and shut case. Lawyers all agreed that Brian would not have been given a time served prison sentence (for his charge) unless the Government had a weak case from the very beginning.

Brian D. Hill of USWGO Alternative News is actually Innocent and wants to prove it but is being blocked by corrupt elements of the North Carolina State Government and our Federal Government.
