(FIXED) Philadelphia Experiment

Ok, just so everyone knows, the dvd box set this came from was named Aliens, Abductions & Extraordinary Sightings. When I image the dvds each dvd is named ( The End Of The World) Then each title on the dvd menu has some other weird name. This particular video was named " Black Operations: ETs and Time Travel". Then yet again, once you play the video you see a title screen saying "The Truth About The Philadelphia Experiment" On walmart the release date is 2011, though the source videos look so much older. Most appear to have been vhs sources. I used handbrake on the High profile settings for MP4
