Upon first appearance of this web page you might be inclined to think its just another web site offering their version of the truth. Perhaps you are a bit confused at all the various statements found here. Many years ago, when I decided to believe in what is called the bible, I took one look at the various denominations out there and decided I wasn't going to trust any of them. How could they all have the truth?

There are literally thousands of denominations today. Each of them claim to offer the truth. Amidst all those denominations, how can we know what is the truth?

I decided that although men can be liars, Yahweh* does not lie. So I decided to put my trust in His word, the Scriptures (Bible). Through the study of the scriptures I discovered that there are a lot of things that people don't want to accept from His word. Usually, they are because you will have to be different from others. But I knew that I shouldn't let the fear of being different affect what I believe. If it is truth, then it is truth and I must accept it, no matter what. I later learned that there are others like me who decided to forget about all the denominations, traditions, doctrines, etc. and just study what the scriptures say and walk in it. I am encouraged that nearly all that I have met came to much of the same conclusions that you see on this web site. You will notice that the majority of words on this web site are scripture. This is because I do believe that His word is the best teacher. If I can just point it out, I know that He can do the rest. There must be one truth, there has to be. There can't be two truths that are opposed to each other. One must be a lie, the other truth. I am convinced that those who seek the truth without pretense will find it. Here are a couple scriptures I love:

Jeremiah 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Isaiah 45:22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am Elohim*, and there is none else.

So let's take our eyes off the denominations and let's look to Yahweh* to find the truth of salvation!

There is a promise given to those who find and walk in the way of truth.

Scripture says that those who have salvation will one day rule the world!

Revelation 20:4 "...and they came to life and reigned with Messiah a thousand years."

Revelation 5:10 "And you have been made us to our Elohim (God) kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth."

We must practice righteousness

1John 3:10 " In this the children of Yahweh and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of Yahweh"

I certainly don't want to be a child of the devil! I want to be a child of Yahweh. So now I know I must practice righteousness. But I have sinned against Yahweh, what do I do now?

We are born in sin. Children don't need to be taught how to sin. They will do so naturally.

All have sinned!

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of Yahweh"

From the bottom of our heart, we are sinners.

Jeremiah 17:9 "The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it?"

Left unchecked, we will die forever because of our unrighteousness!

Oh, what a terrible thing this is! But we need to know it!

Romans 5:12 " Therefore, just as by one man sin entered into the world, (ADAM) and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, because ALL HAVE SINNED"
Romans 8:7 "Because the carnal mind is hostile against Yahweh: for it is not subject to the law of Yahweh"

In this condition, man has no fellowship with Yahweh and because he breaks Yahweh's law, he will not be given eternal life!

What is Yahweh going to do about all this? Anything?

"Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the free gift of Yahweh [is] eternal life through Yahushua Messiah our Master"
1John 3:4 " Whoever practices sin practices also lawlessness: and sin is lawlessness" (Lawlessness = no law)

Yes! A way out has now been provided if we want to be MADE RIGHTEOUS (even though we haven't been righteous) and have eternal life with Yahweh and with His Messiah.

We can have our sins wiped out if we only turn away from them and accept the one appointed for us.

Acts 3:19-20 "Repent therefore, and return, that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of Yahweh, and that he may send Yahushua, the Messiah appointed for you "

You see, Yahweh the Father and His Son Yahushua really do love us! Here is proof.

Yahweh sent His Son Yahushua into the world so that we could be saved from our sinful condition.

John 3:16 "For Yahweh so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life"

Let me tell you more!

Yahushua came to save the world, not condemn it!

John 3:17 "For Yahweh did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world should be saved through Him"

So Yahweh calls to YOU..

Yahweh calls to YOU..

Isaiah 1:18 "Come now, and let us reason together, says Yahweh: though your sins are as scarlet, they will be white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they will be as wool."

Notice, He didn't say "Your have sinned too much and your sin is too great, I don't want you", He said "though your sins are as scarlet, they will be white as snow!" I believe Him!

And Yahushua says to you...

We can have our burden lifted away. Yahushua said:

Matthew 11:28-30 "Come to me, all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Through the death of Yahushua the Messiah, His righteousness can miraculously be applied to us and we need not carry around this burden of sin any longer.

What love He had for us, to give His own life!

Romans 5:8 "But Yahweh demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Messiah died for us."
1Peter 2:24 "And He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we might die to sin and turn to righteousness: for by His wounds you were healed."
John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Although Yahushua died for us, He was raised up to eternal life.

In the same way Yahushua was given LIFE at His resurrection, you too can be given Life!

Acts 3:15 "Whom Yahweh raised from the dead"
1John 5:11 "Yahweh has given us eternal life, and this is in his Son."
Revelation 1:18 (Yahushua speaking) "I was dead, and behold, I am alive for evermore, and I have the keys of death and of hades"
1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Messiah shall all be made alive.

What must we do? Repent (turn away from sin) and believe what His word says on this!

Repent and believe these words, then become baptized in His name

Acts 2:38 "Repent and let each of you be baptized in the name of Yahushua the Messiah for the forgiveness of your sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

Then Yahweh will seal you by His Holy Spirit as a heart change occurs and grace is given

What a blessing:

Ephesians 1:13 "In Him you also, after listening to the message of truth - the glad tidings of your salvation having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise"

Considering the alternative we looked at earlier, our salvation should be a great time of JOY!

There is great reason to rejoice!

Acts 13:48 " And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the Word of the Yahweh: and as many as had been appointed to Yahweh believed."
Acts 13:52 "And the disciples were continually filled with joy, and with the Holy Spirit."
Time now for walking in the narrow pathway! Overcoming and enduring with His help.

The road to eternal life is not often traveled upon.

Matthew 7:14 "For the gate is small and the way narrow that leads to life and few are those who find it."
Ephesians 5:8-9 "For you were formally darkness, but now you are light in the Master: walk as children of light. For the fruit of the light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth."

Now, DO NOT stop seeking the truth in His word as so many millions do!! Walk in the light You are given and Yahweh will give you more light.
Keep doing this until Resurrection Day - Yahushua's return and the thousand-year reign we first talked about!

We can find the truth in His word. We can overcome our sins by trusting in His power in us to do so.

Psalms 119:105 "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."
Revelation 21:7 "He who overcomes shall inherit these things and I will be his Elohim, and he will be my son."

Time now to be disciples (Talmidim, taught ones) and learn to obey Yahweh by learning what His Word teaches us. Yes, time now for learning the way of righteousness - keeping Yahweh's Commandments!

Therefore..
2Peter 1:10-11 "Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble. For in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Master and Savior Yahushua the Messiah will be abundantly supplied to you."

This I know, there is no way around it! We don't know now when our hour will come but death is the end of all men. Pray you are forgiven, don't wait too long. Yahweh's arms are stretched out wide to save. He gave us the way through His Son. The world may seem to be at relative calm now, but Yahweh says there will be a time:

Daniel 12:1 "At that time Michael shall stand up, The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; And there shall be a time of trouble, Such as never was since there was a nation, Even to that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, Every one who is found written in the book. 2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.

On this day of judgment, it isn't going to matter what your friends think or your family thinks or what EliYah thinks. Through it all what really matters is what Father Yahweh thinks. He knows the things we do or think in secret and it will all be revealed on that day.

Consider this: If we choose to serve Yahweh for the rest of our short life, then just imagine the billions and trillions of years we would be able to live in a paradise with no pain, no crying and no more death.

Revelation 21:1-8 "Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from Yahweh, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of Yahweh is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. Yahweh Himself will be with them and be their Elohim. "And Yahweh will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful." And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. "He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his Elohim and he shall be My son. "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

Life is too short. Repent and accept Yahushua the Messiah into your heart and begin this journey now before it's too late...

What Yahushua will say to those who accept Him?
Good choice!

"I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of Yahweh over one sinner that repenteth." Luke 15:10b

'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Master.' Matthew 25:21b

What Yahushua will say to those too ashamed to accept Him or do not believe: "Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matthew 25:41)
"For whoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in that of his Father, and of the holy angels." (Luke 9:26)

What to do if you want to serve Yahweh but don't know where to start

1. Admit you are a sinner.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of Yahweh;

2. Repent! In other words, turn away from sin and seek to sin no more! Believe in Yahushua the Messiah and accept His offer to cleanse you from all sin. Pray to Yahweh for forgiveness of your sins in Yahushua's Name and you will be forgiven! This is a wonderful free gift!

Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of Yahweh is at hand: repent ye, and believe the glad tidings (Good News).

3. Become baptized in the wonderful truthful name of Yahushua the Messiah! If you can't find someone who will baptize you in His real name, let me know and I may be able to find someone who will. Now go and sin no more!

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahushua the Messiah for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

4. PRAY OFTEN AND READ THE SCRIPTURES! This is extremely important! It is vital in your walk with Yahweh. It will not only teach you the truth but it will keep you strong so you won't fall away.

5. Find others who have the desire to know the truth and have fellowship with them. You can find a list of other believers here. But do beware of being caught up in a denomination where it is assumed they already have all the truth. When the disciples asked Yahushua what were the signs of the end times the first thing Yahushua said was "Take heed that no man deceive you"

Matthew 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Yahushua answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Reading the scriptures and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth will prevent this from happening. Don't forget to obey the truth you have been given! Do this and you will be given more truth.

6. Praise Yahweh and thank Him for His Son! And let me know you have made a decision to serve Yahweh so that I may I share in your joy!

* In my search for truth, I discovered that Yahweh is the name of the Heavenly Father (commonly called "the LORD"). Yahushua is the truthful name of the Messiah, not Jesus. And Elohim is the Hebrew word that is commonly translated "God". This may seem confusing at first, but I believe I have to quote His word in truth so I will use these instead of the false ones.

Why do we have "The LORD" in our bibles rather than Yahweh?
This is a very common question. It all began with a Jewish tradition called the "ineffable name" doctrine. Jews, for various reasons, started to substitute His name with the Hebrew title "Adonai". Adonai is the Hebrew word for "Lord". This information can be easily verified in many Bible dictionaries and various encyclopedias. For instance, the Encyclopedia Britannica states:

Yahweh, the God of the Israelites, his name being revealed to Moses as four Hebrew CONSONANTS (YHWH) CALLED THE TETRAGRAMMATON. AFTER THE EXILE (6TH CENTURY BC), and especially from the 3rd century BC on, Jews ceased to use the name Yahweh for two reasons. As Judaism became a universal religion through its proselytizing in the Greco-Roman world, the more common noun elohim, meaning "god," tended to replace Yahweh to demonstrate the universal sovereignty of Israel's God over all others. At the same time, the divine name was increasingly regarded as too sacred to be uttered; it was thus replaced vocally in the synagogue ritual by the Hebrew word Adonai ("My Lord"), which was translated as Kyrios ("Lord") in the Septuagint, the Greek version of the Old Testament.
We see in the above quote that Jews started to vocally replace the name "Yahweh" with "Adonai" (Lord) for two reasons:

1. It was beginning to be believed that His name was too sacred to be uttered

2. They preferred to simply call Him "Elohim" rather than "Yahweh" to demonstrate to the world that He is the only true Elohim.

While on the surface these reasons may seem honorable, they are very unscriptural. They were and are attempts to improve on Yahweh's already perfect ways. If Yahweh really wanted a substitute, why would He have placed His name there to begin with? Though scripture says to follow Yahweh rather than man, we find that nearly 7,000 times the most important name of all is replaced with a another word that man has chosen.

This tradition was not practiced by the Messiah or the apostles, but it was adopted by some Christians during the early half of the 2nd Century CE/AD. By the 4th century, this practice was well established and widely practiced. Jerome, a 4th century "Church Father" who authored the Latin Vulgate version, substituted the name "Yahweh" throughout with the Latin word "Dominus" (meaning "Lord"). The tradition of replacing Yahweh's name with "the LORD" continues to this day. Most English translations substitute the name Yahweh with "the LORD" and translations into other languages will also commonly choose a title meaning "Lord" in their own language. More information on this can be found in the preface of many modern bibles.

Yahushua is the true name of the Messiah

***** Note that Joshua = Yoshua or Yahushua because there is no "J" sound in Hebrew. The letter "J" is only about 500 years old and isn't even found in the original 1611 King James version. (proof)

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that the Messiah's name never was "Jesus" and that the name "Jesus" is actually an invention of man.

In the King James Version of the scriptures, we find an interesting problem in its translation:

Acts 7:44(KJV) Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen. 45 Which also our fathers that came after brought in with Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drave out before the face of our fathers, unto the days of David;

Isn't this scripture referring to Joshua, son of Nun rather than the Savior? Yes. Here is another instance...

Hebr 4:7 (KJV) Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. 8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.

Again, the context reveals that this scripture is referring to Joshua, the son of Nun and not the Messiah. All other translations put "Joshua" here. Why then is it translated 'Jesus'? The answer lies in the Greek/Latin corruption of the Messiah's original Hebrew name. Originally, the name of the Messiah was , pronounced Yahushua. This is the Messiah's original name. When the Gentiles tried to transliterate His name into Greek, they came up with ihsoun or "Iesous". But originally, this word was from #3091 in the Hebrew which is . When Iesous was transliterated into Latin, it became "Iesus", which was then carried over into English it became our modern day "Jesus" when the letter "J" developed.

Therefore, the reason the King James Version has "Jesus" in those two verses is because the Messiah's name is actually the same name as Joshua, Son of Nun... correctly pronounced "Yahushua". It is quite evident that the modern form "Jesus" doesn't even remotely resemble the original name that the disciples were praying in, baptizing in and receiving so much criticism for preaching in. This is fact. Do some research and see for yourself.

Conclusion

It can be concluded then, that "Jesus" was not the Messiah's name when He walked the earth. That is the purpose of this study.

Is a name important?

Man has altered the name of the Heavenly Father and His Messiah. Perhaps names aren't very important in the modern world, but in the scriptures we can find that they are very important.
