He will be speaking in Victoria in the riding next to that of the Minister of Natural Resources, Hon Gary Lund -a proponent of nuclear energy

Jim Harding is a former professor of justice and environmental studies and was director of research for Prairie Justice Research at the University of Regina. He is the author of "After Iraq: War, Imperialism, and Democracy" and "Social Policy and Social Justice." He lives in Regina, Saskatchewan.
