Dopecast #296 21 November 2011
:cigar:

On this week's episode of the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast, the Dopefiend looks at the legal challenge being mounted by NORML's lawyers against the Obama Administration and their contradictory advice regarding the legal sale of medical marijuana, as well as a recent ruling which could mean the closure of still more California dispensaries. Turning to the emails, the Dopefiend talks about a strange offer to DopeTribers who may want to study in China, the legal system regarding cannabis in Spain, the subconscious, the Aromed Vaporizer and home-made halogen vaporizers. Heading to the VaporLounge the Dopefiend fires up his VapeXhale Cloud vaporizer and talks about the feedback from last week's review, and updates listeners on his experience with The Cloud, before calling for entries to this year's DopeTribe Dispatches, which may win entrants a brand new WISPR or IOLITE ORIGINAL portable vaporizer, and also giving a mention for a board game created by our very own -Me- from Mangled Meditations. Following a musical interlude from the Time Travelling Toaster, the Dopefiend draws another winner in our prize draw in support of IoliteKnight's bid to get to DopeStock 2012, before reading an email from Alabama stoner Kyle who's original I-Inhale vaporizer is still going strong, and who needs help deciding between a WISPR or a Launch Box for his next vaporizer purchase, and also raises the question: is British music better than American music?! In this week's cannabis News: A Philly cop is proved a liar following the emergence of CCTV footage of him unlawfully busting a man carrying a kilo of cannabis, Michigan's Attorney General rules that cops can seize medical marijuana, the Colorado town of Fort Collins votes to ban cannabis dispensaries, a New York City man fights his landlord's aim to evict him over strong pot odour, and MTV gear up for a reality show about "marijuana addicts".
