David A. Stetzer has traveled the World to discuss Electrical Pollution. He entered the air force in 1970 and attended the accredited #1 electronic School in the World, Keesler AFB in Biloxi , Mississippi . He did troubleshooting, preparing and classifying electronic equipment, PC boards, IC's, including Klystron tubes for the U.S. Air Force using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, shunts, and digital frequency counters on a daily basis. Mr. Stetzer founded Stetzer Electric, Inc in 1975 with three divisions, Rewind/Repair of Electric Motors and Apparatus, Predictive Maintenance, and Power Quality and Electrical Contracting. He is also the President of Stetzer Consulting, LLC.

Mr. Stetzer has produced documentaries including “Beyond Coincidence The Perils of Electrical Pollution”, he has co-authored papers that have been presented to the World Health Organization, and is a frequent guest of Radio and Television programs around the world. Mr. Stetzer and Dr. Graham, are the co-inventors of the Microsurge Meter that measures the high frequency pollution on electric circuits and of the Graham/Stetzer filters that reduce electromagnetic radiation on the electrical wirings in buildings
