Craig Radio Day 20 - ObamaCare (02.06.13)

In this podcast I talk about ObamaCare and the changes people are going through with their employer. Basically, the United States unemployment will go down because the 20 hour week is becoming the norm. This is because an employer is required in 2014 to pay for their employees' health care if he or she averaged 30 hours or more. So more and more people will have their hours cut because then their employer doesn't have to pay for their healthcare. With this, new people will be hired to fill in the missing work hours. Basically, we will have socialism. It's possibly, one day we will just have ObamaCare to choose from. Obamacare might replace all the other healthcare plans. Then we will see a huge price increase in the cost of healthcare because it will be a monopoly. It's possible healthcare in 30 years will cost about about half of your income. Some people are already predicting this will happen. The place where I work and the changes that have just happened are mentioned. Then I go into detail about a debate I had with one worker that supports ObamaCare. The conversation we had is recapped.
