For this 3rd serie, I need to start with facts...
and some basics also, in a science, that most people know about... without knowing anything about it .
No insult intended...but a simple fact.

This torrent teach us an important fact about Earth. I mean FACT only (but also opening up your mind as well and that is a bonus:)...
The same torrent implies also one of the primary condition to have life...as we, humans, can possibly understand it...on Earth, and elsewhere.
we understand 4 dimensions only ...at our developmental stage ( X, Y, Z, and Time).
I live any paranormal ambitions to others; I prefer what I know for sure, rather than...

The documentary is very easy to understand... a very good vulgarisation tool, very well put together...and I do give all the credits to the authors.
Support them, where ever... they come from.
They do Earth a great service, and they are humans, my cousins, and yours.
It could boring if you do not put your mind to it... and pay attention to what is being said...
But understanding what is being exposed... you will not be bored a bit...I warranty you that much.
It is still some basic informations which you will need to pass to the next torrent, and the next...

You have to remember one more thing from now on.... all the basic elements to build a protein : the amino-acids...
-animal's(including humans' ),
-insect's,
-plant's,
-bacteria's...etc

....are found in the ice making up COMETS (Halley's and the like)
To think that only Earth has life...would be ludicrous, even though we didn't find any other life form...of a sentient type yet.
They are so distant from us in the first place, and their sun might have had a different approach to evolution there, than ours (a yellow dwarf) .

Some other forms of life, we do know though...in the solar system.( see "shape of Life" serie for some examples)
You understand, now, why I did put the 2d serie on... the "shape of life".

In 1952, a scientist did create life from inert materials...spontaneous life it was called...
and it was done over and over again by other scientists there-after, scientists who wanted to reciprocate the experiment, or, prove beyond a doubt the opposite.
The experiment stands as of today...even though we do not fully understand why and how.

In any case...a primordial condition to the existence of life as we understand it : is Earth and it's electro-magnetic system.
It keeps life's medium/environment attached to Earth...water...gazes... fluids...which would be blasted out into space otherwise, by the solar winds.
I do not think that water is the only medium of life... (a human biased understanding, in my opinion.)

I prefer Fluids, gases being fluids also.
Solubility is the implied concept here, solubility within a particular medium... a medium for association of particles...and then spontaneous life, and the evolutionary process kicks in .
From inorganic to organics compounds...and LIFE is born...spontaneously.

Life requires a sun energy to live, grow and reproduce itself.

It all goes down also to organics which transform sun-rays into some other forms of organics' food, plants/plankton to herbivores to carnivores...if plants go down the tubes...herbivores dies as well...and not even talking about the carnivores which are down the drain by then....

It's called the GREEN-CONTRACT of LIVE. I can't escape it, nobody does on Earth...and it doesn't have any political affiliation.
It is an other fact of LIFE...like it or not.
