In 1993, a film crew from Yorkshire Television in the U.K. led by producer Nick Grey and director Tim Tate went to Omaha, Nebraska in the U.S.A. to make a documentary about an alleged pedophile ring.
Funded by the Discovery Channel in the U.S.A. - their proposed film would be broadcast in the U.K. and Ireland as part of Yorkshire Television's documentary series: "First Tuesday". A U.S. broadcast would follow.
In Omaha the film crew discovered the machinations of a vast operation functioning throughout the country providing children to the wealthy and the political establishment for molestation, drug trafficking and blackmail.
A year later in 1994 the documentary "Conspiracy of Silence" was to air in the U.K. but, during final editing with first broadcasting approaching, the Discovery Channel inexplicably withdrew support and reimbursed Yorkshire Television the half million dollars it cost to make.
To this day the documentary remains "unaired".
This video is an unpolished, yet coherent, rough cut of that documentary.

This is a different and better quality copy of the Conspiracy of Silence version that is already uploaded to ConCen. From what I understand, it was made available to author and researcher Nick Bryant and posted online around 2009.
Disappointing
This isn't about a particularly big or powerful paedophile ring though

Blackmail
The most important part of the Franklin cover-up is that underage boys and girls were used in sex parties in Washington DC to blackmail politicians and businessmen. So when you see American politicians, Republicans and Democrats, you can be sure that some of them are controlled this way.
There is also a connection to MK-Ultra mind control, as some of these children were also taken to Strategic Air Command and taken through mind control abuse as well. Testimony from Paul Bonacci proves this. The documentary itself may not have gotten into either of these issues, but it does have testimony from former head of CIA William Colby talking about the pedophile ring.

You are right: kidnapping, fucking and inflicting pain to a Child is a better, a whorst whould be to kidnapping, killing and then eating the kid. :( Human flesh is considered to be the most powerfull physical drog on the planet. So, you are right. Who cares about sex with childs when is posible much worst.
