But since the CIA have such excellent moral standards, I'm quite sure they would never do such a nasty thing to real human beings. ;-) Many thinks looking like fiction at first have become real later on. Please don't discard this video offhand without previous thought and careful consideration. That's exactly the type of nasty experiments nasty government agencies are so keen on. Just remember mkultra for example. Surely it would be quite naive to believe that mkultra was their only evil project. During the Cold War there must have been thousands of such projects, all in the name of "national security", of course. They will secure us all to death sooner or later. If there's no morality left, then only money and imagination are the limits, and surely they have unlimited funding and no respect for life whatsoever. They have many naive idiot savants working for them, many crazy and politically naive scientists who don't feel responsible for their own actions and who don't believe in a God.
