Note: I listened to this a few times and this might be of interest to some.

My personal opinion is that focusing on one specific date gives the impression that nothing major could happen until that date. Thus leaving many ill prepared because it is 'not 2012 ...yet'.

2012 could be something big, or...2012 WILL be used by the powers that be to pull off something really big and just "blame it on 2012". Or like 1999/2000...nothing earth shattering will happen.

Take this in the mix of information out there. The new agers keep talking about some event in the future that usher in the new age.

I do believe that there will be be some major deception that will deceive many. Will 2012 be that deception?
