They appeared before a House Oversight and Accountability subcommittee. Topics included threats to national security, government transparency around UAPs, and reporting UAP encounters.

Notice George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell in the audience. To anyone closely following this phenomenon, you will recognize them. They have a podcast now called 'Weaponized' (weird name, right, in light of this military connection). They seem to have been green lighted to release this specific spin on the so-called UAP issue.

But then there's Greer, who is clearly on the other side (and considered the enemy to this other higher-up group). Strange times in UFOlogy. Most people wouldn't understand all the in-fighting etc...

is it a "dead cat" as we say here??
a "dead cat" is a story politicians thrown out to distract from an important story or issue.
if so, what are they wanting to distract from?
Why now?
are there really any craft? are there really any bodies?
will they provide incontrovertible evidence?
if so will this thrown the flat earthers into a tizzy because that would means space exists and the sounds of flerf dissonance would be heard the world over as as farting, popping, fizzling sound?
these questions need answered!

Yes, well I'd love to know the long-term military strategy being played here. It's been going on since at least 2017 when the New York Times broke the story about that so-called Tic Tak UFO footage. The media and congress in the US have been allowed this opportunity to have a specific spin on the UFO issue, that it is a threat and so on. From the Greer And Friends company, this is part of huge psychological warfare game that a covert operation of the military has been playing with since the beginning of man-made UFOs and captured ET UFOs. They want the power over these classified technologies, and to use them specifically to fool the public etc, not just to distract people from other news of the day, but possibly to create a "false flag" alien event in the future.

That's one theory. The distraction thing could be true, or it could be that Congress has had SO many requests from UFO nuts to do a hearing, that they just gave in and had one for their sake!

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) announced that she will be hosting a bipartisan press conference on Thursday to discuss the U.S.’s lack of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) transparency.

Luna said she will be hosting the press conference on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. to “draw attention to how the U.S. government has covered up UAP transparency” and “barred the American people from knowing the truth about UAPs.” She will be joined alongside Reps. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.), Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) and Jared Moskowitz (D-Fla.).
