If you liked his book then this is a must. Bill talks about many of his favorite subjects in detail. Bill talks about the diabolical 'New States Constitution' and the planned 'ten regions' of the US. Did you know that the USSR and the US have been allies since World War II? Bill shows us a picture of a Soviet Space Shuttle. Of course the construction plans for that spacecraft were given to them by the US government. Maybe you know that the Soviets were also given the plans for their first atomic bomb by the very same people.

According to Bill, there is a base on the moon! The are clouds in the atmosphere of the moon, but according to Nasa there is no atmosphere on the moon. The moon was reached maybe in 1958. 'Alternative 3' seems to be real after all. And there are those mysterious tracks on the moon.

The books 'The Moon as Viewed by Lunar Orbiter' and 'Atlas and Gazetteer of the Near Side of the Moon' both have been withdrawn from the market by Nasa. Bill suspects that something is shown there that Nasa doesn't want you to see.
