ABC7 footage shot around 12:52 on Sep 11, 2001 when the 2nd
tower, The North Tower (WTC1) had already collapsed.

BBC Newsnight borrowed the same footage from ABC7.
and shows part of it. The quality of the BBC clip is the best
of the three videos.

Look how this all black SUV (blackops?) is slowing down as it drives
into the camera shot. Which street corner is this? Jennings feels that
trouble is arriving and instinctively pulls his friend from the black
SUV away and face into the camera. It turns out that all three videos
use the same footage shot by ABC 7 at the crossing of Reade St. and
Church St.. The second half interview by WABC ends with a shot at
MIKE'S PAPAYA, 88 Reade St. New York, NY 10013.

Put the DVD at fullscreen, and play it at half speed with sound off.
One can recognize at least a dozen of faces who were present on that
corner in the early afternoon.

Barry Jennings, was on Sep 11, 2001 the then active Deputy
Director, Emergency Services Department of the New York City Housing
Authority. Barry mentions how a Mr. Hess, whilst trapped inside WTC7,
during scary moments becomes his buddy Mike.

This man is Michael D. Hess.

Michael Hess served at the time inside Giuliani's Mayoral
Administration as Corporation Counsel -- New York City's chief lawyer
-- before joining the firm, Giuliani Partners Inc. in 2002. Today he
serves as senior managing partner, overseeing the firm's day-to-day

Barry Jennings mentions that Mayor Giuliani had been in building 7,
before he came in that morning. Michael D. Hess was supposed to have
a meeting with Giuliani that morning. Barry Jennings was called to
the 23rd floor of WTC7 as he got a message that a little Cesna
airplane had flown into the North Tower (WTC1). On C-SPAN2 Giuliani is
telling how building 7 had came down :

As Jennings entered the 23rd floor he met with Michael Hess, the
Corporation Counsel. They were the only two present. A couple
minutes later explosions blew the 6th floor away under their feet
as they were on their way downwards on the stairway. This certainly
looks like a organized plot to get rid of these two guys, and of
course many more highlevel officials like John P. O'Neill who
was appointed as head of security at the World Trade Center a day
before of the WTC attacks. John P. O'Neill was also present at
WTC7 that day.
