They (the NSA) have deleted so much from this document, that it can be annoying. Don't read this, or else the NSA will have to kill you, at least they would have before 1989. Why do you think basements of government buildings in the US are made of concrete? You may doubt the validity of books about the NSA, but this one is from the horses' mouth. Does the NSA fake their own documents? Maybe, probably not.
