personally i know nothing of Alson Fry, or John, the creator of the posted
websites. and i did not ask for permission, and am only posting these for
informational/educational purposes, and to try and give as much credit as i can
to the people responsible for publishing the information.. i was inspired to
compile this, from the material alone, and because it seemed rare, even in this
digital age. i will keep adding to it as i obtain more material.
