1. World War II in Photographs - Richard Holmes 2000
Richard Holmes poignant book contains 500 photographs, almost all of them black-and-white and most drawn from Britain's Imperial War Museum. A few were taken by prominent photographers, such as Cecil Beaton and Robert Capa, but many of the photographers--some destined to remain unknown, others ordinary officers and men--served with army film and photographic units. There are also captured German and Japanese official photographs. Presentation is by year, from 1939 to 1945. Holmes prefaces each year with an account of its major events and briefly introduces each block of photos within a year. Although most of the pictures are war photos, some reflect the fact that millions of civilians were affected--young children being evacuated from London, a British air raid warden comforting a child rescued from a bombed-out home, German citizens made to view the horrors of the Buchenwald concentration camp, shaven-headed French women accused of sexually consorting with the Germans. World War II enthusiasts will want this book.

4. A Dictionary of Symbols 2nd edition - Carl G. Liungman 2002
At every stage of civilization, people have relied on symbolic expression, and advances in science and technology have only increased our dependence on symbols. An essential part of the ancient arts of the Orient and Western medieval traditions, symbolism underwent a twentieth-century revival with the study of the unconscious. Indeed, symbolic language is considered a science, and this informative volume offers an indispensable tool in the study of symbology. Its alphabetical entries--drawn from a diverse range of sources, including all of the major world religions, astrology, alchemy, numerology, heraldry, and prehistoric art--clarify the essential and unvarying meanings of each symbol. Whether used as a referencebrowsed for pleasure, this informative volume offers a valuable key to elucidating the symbolic worlds encountered in both the arts and the history of ideas. 32 b/w illustrations.
5. The New Pearl Harbour: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9/11 - David Ray Griffin 2004
A philosopher at the Claremont School of Theology, Griffin scrutinizes the time line and physical evidence of September 11 for unresolved inconsistencies. Griffin draws heavily on three similarly skeptical examinations, by Nafeez Ahmed, Paul Thompson and Thierry Meyssan, whose The Big Lie was a bestseller in France, and which the New Republic has called "thinâ€"and thinly argued." Based on these sources, Griffin maintains that a full investigation of the events of that tragic day is necessary to answer such questions as whether American Airlines Flight 77 did crash into the Pentagon (though many will find it impossible to doubt this) and how United Airlines Flight 93 was downed. He claims that if standard procedures for scrambling fighter jets had been followed, the hijacked planes should have been intercepted in time, and that structurally, the collapse of the World Trade Center towers most likely was caused by explosives placed throughout the towers, not from the plane crashes. He strongly implies that the Bush administration had foreknowledge of the attack and sought to conceal what Griffin suggests was the Pakistani intelligence agency's involvement in the planning for the attacks. His analysis is undergirded by the theory that a significant external threat, on the scale of Pearl Harbor, was very much in the interest of the Bush administration, which he believes is intent on self-interested aggressive foreign policies. Even many Bush opponents will find these charges ridiculous, though conspiracy theorists may be haunted by the suspicion that we know less than we think we do about that fateful day.

8. Halliburton Confirms Concentration Camps Already Constructed
On February 17, 2006, in a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations, Defens
Secretary Donald Rumsfeld spoke of the harm being done to the country’s
security, not just by the enemy, but also by what he called “news informers” wh
needed to be combated in “a contest of wills.”
In 2002 Attorney General John Ashcroft announced his desire to see camps for
U.S. citizens deemed to be “enemy combatants.”
A Defense Department document, entitled the “Strategy for Homeland Defense and Civil Support,” has set out a
military strategy against terrorism that envisions an “active, layered defense” both inside and outside U.S.
territory. In the document, the Pentagon pledges to “transform U.S. military forces to execute homeland defense
missions in the . . . U.S. homeland.” The strategy calls for increased military reconnaissance and surveillance.
The Washington Post reported on February 15, 2006 that the National Counterterrorism Center’s (NCTC)
central repository holds the names of 325,000 terrorist suspects, a fourfold increase since fall of 2003. A
Pentagon official said the Counterintelligence Field Activity’s TALON program has amassed files on antiwar
protesters.
Shortly after Bush orchestrated 9/11, he issued "Military Order Number One", which empowered him to detain
any noncitizen as an international terrorist or enemy combatant. Today that order extends to U.S. citizens as
well.

9. It’s All About Control - The God, Jesus and ET Cover-Up Conspiracies - Stubbs (2006)
It’s All About Control - The God, Jesus and ET Cover-Up Conspiracies - Stubbs (2006) This is Tony Stubbs' amazing book It’s All About Control - The God, Jesus and ET Cover-up Conspiracies (2006) which provides the truth-serum and tools for breaking free from a cruel, cleverly contrived mind-control game that for centuries has been keeping the human race in bondage to the Religion, War and Finance industries. Three major conspiracies are controlling the people of planet Earth. For the last 3,000 years, we’ve been hoaxed, conned and bamboozled by three masterful conspiracies designed to control us and rob us of our personal power. The God Myth, that tells us there’s a transcendent being “out there” watching and taking notes, ready for Judgment Day, when it’s Heaven or Hell time. In fact, "God" is really the ancient memory of the ET species that created our body-type … but the Church won’t tell you the truth. Then the Jesus Myth, that tells us we need a savior to forgive our sins, so the Church made one up and peddles that to us. In fact, you’re not sinner but a perfect part of the Source of All That Is, by which it studies itself. And lastly the ET cover-up Myth, that tells us we’re alone in a cosmos of trillions of inhabitable planets. In fact, many cultures with far more advanced technology than ours are right here, monitoring Earth and us Earthlings. So wake up! God isn’t judging you, Jesus isn’t saving you and the ETs ARE here. Join master storyteller Tony Stubs for the most incredibly liberating read of a lifetime as he exposes all these scams and much more. 255 pages, many pictures. A must read for everyone.
10. Origins of the Kabbalah - Gershom Scholem
Gershom Scholem's Origins of the Kabbalah provides a painstakingly detailed history of Kabbalah's rise among medieval French and Spanish Jews, describes the first publication of Jewish mystical texts, and investigates the growth of their influence on Jewish religious life. The book also doubles back to describe secret traditions of Jewish Gnosticism, which describe a Creation story so numerological and esoteric it makes the New Testament book of Revelation look as simple and straightforward as a Saturday-morning cartoon. This book is much denser than Scholem's excellent On the Kabbalah and its Symbolism, but for readers with a basic knowledge of Kabbalah, it shouldn't be rough going. --Michael Joseph Gross
11. Kabbala Denudata (Kabbalah Unveiled) - S.L. MacGregor Mathers
The Ancient Wisdom, the Sacred Books, taught. that we cannot understand Matter without understanding Spirit, that we cannot understand Spirit without understanding Matter. That Matter and Spirit are only opposite poles of the same universal substance. All through the Qabalah runs this axiom: "that Malkuth is in Kether, that Kether is in Malkuth." The same idea is repeated through the Gnostic teaching: "the earth that is in the heaven, the heaven that is in the earth."

12. An Andromedan Perspective on Galactic History, Part II - Alex Collier 2002
This is the second installment of Alex Collier’s final lecture before his ‘retirement’
from the UFO lecture circuit in 2002. It has never been published before. It deals with information
given to him by his ‘Andromedan’ extraterrestrial contacts concerning Galactic History. In
preparing the second transcribed installment it was learned that 45 minutes of Alex’s lecture had
mysteriously disappeared from the DVD recording, missing much vital information on the history of
a number of extraterrestrial races. When the error was discovered by the Chief Editor on Jan 2,
2008, the missing 45 minutes was kindly transcribed by Teri Callaghan for this edition of the
Exopolitics Journal. Given the importance of the material that went missing, it would not be
inappropriate to speculate that one of the extraterrestrial races criticized in the missing 45 minutes
did not want this material to get out. The missing material included all of what follows up to the
next editorial note. All attempts have been made to transcribe this presentation as accurately as
possible.
13. DISCERNING ALIEN DISINFORMATION - Montalk 2009
Topics Covered: Disclosure is imminent / Alien types and capabilities / Feasibility of
comprehending alien motivations / Hidden side of alien presence: cloaking abilities, emotional
energy harvesting, mind programming / Manipulation of the timeline through alterations of
mass consciousness / Disinformation characteristics / Common avenues of disinformation /
Analysis of specific examples of alien disinformation / Hidden order behind contradictory
information / Analysis of primary alien types and their role in sanctioned Disclosure / Possible
Disclosure scenario / Trends foreshadowing this scenario / Why the alien agenda is proceeding
so quickly: preservation of control through mass changes and upheavals / Positive aliens and
how to distinguish them from impostors / Big picture overview and conclusion.
In less than a decade, mankind will be confronted with undeniable public disclosure of the alien presence. The
critical choices that follow will turn into tragic consequences if made in ignorance, confusion, weakness, or
desperation. Therefore informed choices must be made to safeguard human freedom. This article is about
acquiring discernment in handling future relations with alien forces by seeing and learning from their current
methods of deception. We must consider the possibility of alien deception so that we can preempt it.
Distinguishing between peaceful and aggressive aliens is easy. A more difficult question is how to discern
between positive aliens and negative ones pretending to be positive. This question is important because
research suggests not all alien factions are sincere, not all have our best interests at heart. If hostile forces
cunningly imitate benevolent ones, then anyone refusing to acknowledge this possibility invites deception.
Those who deeply investigate the alien presence will inevitably conclude that such impostors are already here
on earth waging psychological warfare upon humanity to disarm discernment and create within the population
a growing desire for their imminent arrival and leadership.
If we enter into diplomatic relations with deceptive forces without recognizing them as such, we will be
doomed to repeat history for the last time. Let us be reminded of how the Native Americans traded away
valuable land for worthless trinkets and broken promises, or how even today Americans are trading their
freedoms for tyranny in the name of security. If it has happened before, what prevents it from happening
again? Nothing except the awareness to choose differently. To preempt this possibility, we must know our
priorities and develop a keen understanding of the differences between positive forces and negative impostors.Asking how we can discern between the two will tug firmly at the lynchpin of the entire deception. Some
might reject this discussion on the assumption that all aliens must be positive and that this prudent exercise is
nothing more than “xenophobic paranoia.” Well, maybe they are letting their biases and programming
interfere with their better judgment. Unfortunately this attitude is not uncommon today considering the scope
and finesse of the alien disinformation campaign. It has been so intricately tailored to human psychological
blind spots and emotional weaknesses that all but the most discerning and intuitively astute individuals are
being misled. As the saying goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions: regardless of how much one
pursues peace, love, and progress, without necessary awareness of contingencies the results may be just the pursues peace, love, and progress, without necessary awareness of contingencies the results may be just the
opposite.
It is my firm conviction that genuinely positive aliens do exist and are active in our world, but that their
true nature does not conform to popular expectation. Rather, it is the impostors who dress themselves in our
naive scientific, cultural, religious, and spiritualistic assumptions to fortify their image.
Without knowledge of what positive aliens are truly like, people might accept the faux alternative. So my
objective for this article is to survey the falsehoods propagated by the impostors and in later parts discuss the
true nature of positive aliens. This should provide a good base of suggestions from which perceptive readers
may formulate their own criteria of discernment.
14. The Mahabharata and the Sindhu-Sarasvati Tradition - Subhash Kak
The Mahabharata as an encyclopaedia of early Indian culture and history may be
expected to shed light on the Sindhu-Sarasvati (SS), or Indus, Tradition. For example, the
Mahabharata and the Puranas call Visnu and Siva by the name Ekasrnga, the “one-
horned one,” or the unicorn, which is one of the most striking images from the mature
phase of the SS Tradition.
The Santi-Parva (chapter 343) of the Mahabharata speaks of the one-tusked boar
(Varaha) who saves the earth as Visnu’s incarnation. Here Varaha is described as being
triple-humped, a figure that we see in the Harappan iconography. There is other
continuity of motif and style between the SS Tradition and the classical Indian culture.
Geologists tell us that the river Sutudri braided into several channels after its course
changed from being a tributary of the Sarasvati to that of the Sindhu. The Epic
remembers this in the legend that sage Vasistha wanted to kill himself by jumping into
the Haimavati, but the river saved him by breaking up into a hundred shallow channels,
hence its ancient name Satadru (Caitraratha Parva, chapter 179). This is example of an
event in the Epic that occurred in the 4th
or the 3rd
millennium BC.
The change in the focus of the civilization from the Sarasvati river to the Ganga is not
only implicit in the Puranic story of the descent of Ganga but also in the statement in the
Mahabharata (Vana Parva, chapter 85) that in the Treta Puskara was the holiest tirtha, in
Dvapara it was Kurukshetra, and in the Kaliyuga it is Prayaga.
15. A complimentary chapter from Secret Cipher of the UFOnauts - Allen Greenfield
I
N 1944, near the end of his life, Aleister Crowley wrote one of his students in
California:
“My observation of the Universe convinces me that there are beings of intelligence and
power of a far higher quality than anything we can conceive of as human … the one and
only chance for mankind to advance as a whole is for individuals to make contact with
such beings.”
Scattered individuals throughout modern history and all over the globe have picked
up on some aspect of this Ultraterrestrial mystery, but none, up until now, has pulled
all of it together. However, this outstanding sampling of the best the human race has
to o?er have, in their own way, provided us with clues and building blocks. Some
are geniuses, some saints; a few are absolute scoundrels. All are fascinating. What
follows is a thumbnail sketch of some of these individuals, listed alphabetically.
16. DEMONOLOGY REVEALED: The most concise and revelatory study on Demonology - Oneil McQuick
I had great trouble writing this study to the point that I had to do an additional fast on top of what is
done for the newsletter I first wrote it in; not because it exposes the enemy, but because the
unstableness of the teaching and conflicting scriptures. For instance, the apostle Paul said, “I would
have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil” (Rom 16:19). But then another
verse said, “To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be
known by the church” (Eph 3:10). What is it, us to know or not to know? But when taken into context,
God wants us to know even more than we can imagine, as he told his disciples, “I have yet many
things to say unto you” (John 16:12). However, knowing too much at a certain level can be harmful,
because “ye cannot bear them now” (John 16:12); so the verse that sums up this paradox says, “But
strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their
senses exercised to discern both good and evil” (Heb 5:4). That is why he taught at different levels to
different churches. He wrote to some churches that were young in faith and thus didn’t expound
certain things to them; and even some things are unlawful to speak about (2 Cor 12:4).
Then there is the unstableness of this teaching, purposely orchestrated by satan. The word of God
said, “But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine” (Tit 2:1). Sound here means that what
is taught can transcend all times/situations and still be effective and relevant as intended. For
instance, “Repent and Be Baptized everyone of you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and ….”
(Acts 2:38). This transcends all times and is unconditionally sound; no newly found doctrine can
replace it, you cannot work your way around it or make it non-relevant, it must be applied for salvation
until Jesus comes. But teaching on Satanism can be unsound and thus harmful to the weak and the preacher who
preached it. Moreover, the preacher can be counted as mad or nobody will further listen to him, when
the unstableness manifest. For instance, when an ex-satantist comes out and give their testimony
with the gruesome things that takes place in secret, many will flock to this because of the
unbelievable stuff; though some testimonies are a ploy by satan but some of the things there in are
true which I can attest to. In an effort to counteract these testimonies of coming out of satanism, satan
will switch using that method or make it so common that it becomes a way of life rather than a satanic
device, contraption or props. So in the long run people will say this is a way of life, fairy tale story and
“them old preachers” were superstitious. God gave those “old preachers” revelation in the thing but
satan switched it, in order to nullify it. A method he uses to say a preacher with insight beyond the
norm is mad. For instance, wearing a ring on your big toe was a satanic prop used by Satanists; as
one ex-satanist confessed 20 years ago. But since then it has become fashionable or the norm. Now,
if I had teach that if you see a woman come into your church with a ring on her Big toe she is a
Satanist with intentions to use magic against you, it would have held up then. But now it would seem
stupid, for everybody is wearing big toe ring. The same can be said for many things the masses do
unaware; like willingly taking inserts, tattooing, even shows like “Angel”, “Buffy,” “Charmed,” “Sabrina
the teenage witch,” “City of Angels,” “Small Ville,” “Genie,” “Thru Calling” and others, are meant to
pacify the public that what you’re watching is not real – though the shows might vary from the actual
thing. This is how teaching on certain demonology and Satanism can be unsound and cause some to
doubt in years to come or when it is pacified or switched. And the unlearnt will say the one who taught
it is mad or uneducated. More commonly, they’ll called it a myth, fairy tale, Ghost story or urban
legend; similar to how as early as Einstein times it was a common notion that Jesus Christ was a
myth, that even secular Einstein had to boldly say “I am enthralled by the luminous figure of the
Nazarene…No myth is filled with such life” (The Saturday Evening Post, Oct 26, 1929).
17. Results of Long-Term Carcinogenicity Bioassays on Coca-Cola Administered to Sprague-Dawley Rats
Cancer is one the principal public health problems faced by industrialized
countries, both because of its epidemiological dimension and because of the
growing environmental influences behind its increase to today’s epidemic pro-
portions. Diet is often cited as an important factor in the occurrence of can-
cer; however, influence of diet on health cannot be easily isolated or quan-
tified given the varied composition of the average diet over a lifetime and
the complex mixture of substances present in food. While the overall diet is
difficult to analyze, specific nutrients and food components have been im-
plicated both in causing cancer and as protective factors in the carcinogenic
process.
There are several sources of food components believed to induce cancer.
One is the presence of naturally occurring substances, such as aflatoxin found
in groundnuts and corn. Another potential source of risk are substances which
are added directly to food in order to improve its quality, taste, or stability.
It has long been suggested that total calorie intake may have an impor-
tant effect on the incidence of cancer. Data by Tannenbaum in the 1940s and
1950s demonstrated that underfed mice developed fewer spontaneous mam-
mary tumors, primary lung adenomas, and chemically induced tumors.
In addition, human obesity has been identified as a risk factor for some types of
cancer.
18. Results of Long-Term Carcinogenicity Bioassay on Sprague-Dawley Rats Exposed to Aspartame Administered in Feed
The introduction of artificial sweeteners as substitutes for sucrose began dur-
ing World Wars I and II, when the use of saccharin became prevalent due to
its low cost and the wartime shortage of table sugar.
1
In the following years,
two additional artificial sweeteners were introduced to the market: cyclamate
in the 1950s and aspartame (APM) in 1981. Since the 1970s, the growing
obesity problem in industrialized countries, due in part to fast food and soft
drink consumption, has lead to an increased demand for reduced-calorie food-
stuffs. Given the lucrativemarket for these so-called “diet” or “light” products,
additional new-generation sweeteners have emerged, including acesulfame-K,
sucralose, and neotame.
2
With the expansion of the artificial sweetener market, concerns have arisen
among consumers regarding the safety of these sweeteners and their possible
long-term health effects. At the center of this debate has been the question of
the potential carcinogenic risks associated with artificial sweetener use. Until
now, no adequate epidemiological or experimental animal studies have been
available.
Most epidemiological studies, aimed to evaluate the relationship between
artificial sweetener intake and cancer, have focused on sweetener consumption
in general, and not on single compounds.
3
This limitation is attributed to the fact
that most consumers use multiple artificial sweeteners, as different sweeteners
are often blended together in food products. Moreover, given the fact that
wide consumption of artificial sweeteners emerged in the 1980s and 1990s,
epidemiological studies are, by definition, limited in terms of exposure to the
compounds.
19. Axis of Anarchy: Britain, America and The New World Order after Iraq - Andrew Tyrie
Will a war in Iraq lead to a new world order, or provoke anarchy? This
question has dominated political discourse and fractured traditional alliances.
Andrew Tyrie’s thoughtful, searching and powerful essay on the tone of
western foreign policy and the post-11 September re-ordering of the world
makes an important contribution to these debates. The conservative position
he stakes out – arguing that both the Blair and Bush doctrines of foreign
policy are potentially destabilising in the longer term whatever the outcome of
a possible conflict in Iraq – is a powerful one. We are both delighted to be
working in partnership on such an important topic at a time when public
opinion is clearly receptive to foreign policy debate.
For the Bow Group, this publication marks a return to the Group’s study of
foreign policy at a timely moment. Some of the most intensive diplomatic
activity for over a decade has produced an environment that questions the
sustainability of some of the assumptions behind recent western foreign
policy. Projecting beyond simply the immediate question of policy towards
Iraq, Tyrie asks whether foreign policy can breed stability when it operates
outside the bounds of consensus. He also questions how similar American
and UK foreign policy really is, and whether each has sufficiently adjusted to
the world of asymmetric warfare and the threat we face.

These artificial, toxic treats are then sold with the blessings of the Federal Trade Commission and Food and Drug Administration – government organizations charged with safeguarding the public good – laying the foundations for future disease and chronic ill-health for the consumer, and a guaranteed source of revenue for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
Kevin reveals the shocking truth of how drugs – which are being advertised directly to the consumer, pushing their use to an all-time high – are actually the cause of illness and disease climbing to near epidemic levels.
And, though it sounds dire, Kevin offers a light in the darkness and directs the reader to scores and scores of alternative therapies, medical practices, philosophies and – most importantly – potential cures that help your body regain its natural state of health and vibrancy.
25. From Scrolls to Codices: Knowledge and Early Book Culture
“In an oral culture, knowledge, once
acquired, had to be constantly repeated or it
would be lost: ?xed, formulaic thought
patterns were essential for wisdom and
effective administration.”
“The new way to store knowledge was not
in mnemonic formulas but in the written
text. This freed the mind for more original,
more abstract thought.”

27. Mayan Writing - Codices
The Mayans evolved the only true written system native to the Americas and were
masters of mathematics and engineering.
The Maya writing system (often called hieroglyphics from a vague superficial
resemblance to the Egyptian writing, to which it is not related) was a combination of
phonetic symbols and ideograms. It is the only writing system of the Pre-Columbian New
World that can completely represent spoken language to the same degree as the written
language of the old world. The decipherment of the Maya writings has been a long
laborous process. Bits of it were first deciphered in the late 19th and early 20th century
(mostly the parts having to do with numbers, the calendar, and astronomy), but major
breakthroughs came starting in the 1960s and 1970s and accelerated rapidly thereafter, so
that now the majority of Maya texts can be read nearly completely in their original
languages.
With the decipherment of the Maya script it was discovered that the Maya were one of
the few civilizations where artists attached their name to their work. The Maya developed
a highly complex system of writing, using pictographs and phonetic or syllabic elements.
Their writing was highly sophisticated. Most likely only members of the higher classes
were able to read their symbols.
Maya writing was composed of recorded inscriptions on stone and wood and used within
architecture. Rectangular lumps of plaster and paint chips are a frequent discovery in
Maya archaeology; they are the remains of what had been books after all the organic
material has decayed.
Folding tree books were made from fig tree bark and placed in royal tombs.
Unfortunately, many of these books did not survive the humidity of the tropics or the
invasion of the Spanish, who regarded the symbolic writing as the work of the devil.
The Maya also carved these symbols into stone, but the most common place for writing
was probably the highly perishable books they made from bark paper, coated with lime to
make a fresh white surface. These 'books' were screen-folded and bound with wood and
deer hide. They are called codices; codex is singular.
