As I understand it, this documentary is all in Thai, but there are forced English subtitles (and possibly other languages) in the video file.

ETA: The English subtitles are not forced, so you will have to adjust your VLC Player or whatever to play the English subs. The rest of the subs are Thai...

I requested this over on TorrentLeech.org and I noticed it was just filled recently. But the same copy was also made available on PassThePopcorn, so I think it was just released on NetFlix and there was a "scene" release of it just today...
