I noticed that the tracker announce URL appears as though it were not working properly and that all new torrents show up unseeded with no peers. But that seems to have disappeared now. I am able to see a list of all recent torrents though, going back through 2021 etc. So I don't have the issue of displaying torrents from 2 years ago. I always click on Recent content though and see torrents that way...
No, it was a URL rewrite issue. The old Apache rewrites were ineffective with the nginx server. Either that or it was hamster sabotage.
Aw shucks I was still referencing it an sharing around links to the old forum. I think I might have an old sql database backup of it kicking around on one of my laser disks and there is the .net site that has a good chunk archived. RIP oldforum.

I fixed the problem prior to replying, silly goose! It took a few hours of learning the nuances of nginx's rewrite style, but now I that have that skill the problem will never recur.

Olav changed the root password of the ConCen server in a failed attempt to lock out the person who built it from scratch and did 100% of the maintenance for the prior 8 years
They stole the databases (which they were only allowed to download for redundant backup purposes) and set up a parallel domain, even though all the accounts were compromised because of the hack
They sent out a bulk email to all those hacked accounts claiming that they were the real ConCen, finally free from the tyranny that supposedly destroyed the old site, able to bloom once again
Their site is a wasteland, totally dead, an embarassment to ConCen, and a sad monument to the despicable, underhanded, incompetent manner in which some people conduct themselves

Correct. Drupal has its quirks, but is reasonably secure if maintained by a competent sysadmin. If a data theft occurred again, the members would be informed immediately.
