did you remember to note that the mentions of Jesus in the books.. albeit very brief were proven to be 3rd/4th century additions?
The mention of Jesus if often referred to as the Testimonium Flavianum .
The weight of scholarly opinion with reference to those writings is explained in extreme brief above.

it's bollocks BTW.. the weight of scholarly opinion on Josephus.. in particular the Testimonium Flavianum is a forgery.....
stick all the apologist site up you want....much like a broken old twin tub...... it doesn't wash :)
EDIT TO ADD : in fact i am sure Bart Erhman mentions it when discussing analytical, forensic techniques which were used on the new testament as well in his book/lecture "Forged - Writing in the Name of God--Why the Bible's Authors Are Not Who We Think They Are"
The technique in question forensically analyses how the writer uses language and constructs sentences etc.
there are obvious differences in the text that clearly show it wasn't written by Josephus....
I'll take the word of Bart Erhman, a legendary scholar of biblical texts and the teams of forensic analysts that checks the texts... oh.. and also the vast majority of scholarly opinion

You don't deserve the benefit of the doubt as a critic of the Bible, and condemnation before investigation is the height of ignorance. You have a lot to learn about how your views are put forth by the synagogue of satan, you're a student of Talmudic priests and you don't even know it.

By all means, believe the servants of satan, it's when men led by satan do.

The pharisee is a metaphor for the doubter. The doubter calls into question metaphysical constructs that have evolved with humanity to ensure its survival and growth through certain stages of its development. Without these metaphysical "beliefs," humanity will, at its current stage of development, retrogress back into its previous state of materialism - a state that we are still struggling to surpass. A belief in the invisible is still necessary at this point, and will continue to be so, as long as materialism continues to threaten to drive us back into old animalistic habits and constraints.

The mission of Christ (to merge the material with the immaterial) has yet to be completed; but his seed is planted firmly in the consciousness of many. As hard as the materialists may try to cut down its plants, it will continue to resprout. It is a growing and evolving force and thus cannot be suppressed for a very long period of time. The materialists are basking in the current decline in the belief in God and the rise in the exaltation of man and his works in popular culture, but humanity will soon have to deal with the consequences of this material-focused mode of living (which encourages exploitation and will ultimately only benefit a few at the expense of the many). When material resources run low and humanity has had enough of the exploitation, it will seek to return to previous traditions that have helped them in the past.
