Michael Jackson's doctor admitted it - Michael was chemically castrated to stop his singing voice from breaking.
He was a modern castrato.
It's bizarre that anyone denies it, or that it didn't make headline news. His doctor said it, the simplest thing is to believe him.
It explains everything and makes perfect sense. Michael was a goldmine to his parents, at least before he was 18. His voice did not break. That's why he sounded like he did.
Sadly, it's also why his sexual development was stunted and why he more than likely "experimented" with young kids when he did finally start to develop.
When chemical castration is stopped, puberty does not simply pick up where it left off. They are never the same. He's left emotionally and physically and sexually stunted.
His romantic female partners said as much.
It's not his fault, and presumably no-one adequately explained to him how he should behave. There would have been nothing but pure, child-like intentions on his part - even though he was mentally probably quite capable of understanding right from wrong if it had been explained to him.
It's a real tragedy, out of which was borne a gift of some truly unique and incredible music that will hopefully never be equalled.

This really does make sense, and I wonder why more people don't know that part of the story. I always suspected arrested development, but I was only assuming that from judging his childhood as singer of the Jackson 5 and more or less forced into show biz, and missing out on his childhood.
Of course, that doesn't explain the part about not abiding by the law and having so many underage victims, and the way he was said to silence them by scaring them about the consequences of coming forward etc. He was chemically castrated, had arrested development and psychological problems, apparently was gay - but he also had the entitlement that rich and famous people have in regards to thinking they can do whatever they want and get away with it. The victims appeared to be okay with it until they were adults, and then realized what happened was wrong. Some of it is financially motivated, but some of it is motivated by the societal norms of what is right and wrong, particularly in the innocence of childhood...
