To be totally honest, I don't think I've ever met a Christian vegetarian before - so I guess you could say this documentary is eye opening... it's essentially about the religious ethics concerning eating meat. Something I have never really thought of.

aren't first day Adventists veggie? seem to remember a documentary where they had health spa's, i think the first ones, to commercialise healthy shit and they promoted vegetarianism at those spas.

Nowadays, every Christmas season I just meditate on the Winter Solstice, and wonder why nobody in our society ever seems to think about the fact that the December 21st Solstice, December 25th birth of Christ and January 1st New Years are literally all the same thing! The birth of the sun, after having risen in the same spot in the sky for 3 days, rising and going north in the sky again, which is an astronomical new year. Our calendar is almost perfect - just off by a week. Not too bad...
