I have heard the theories that he is also part of the deep deep state NWO, and I just don't see it tbh. Having had him and Elon and Vance on Rogan, I just think they are about as genuine as you can expect from people in their position.

Apparently Trump goes a whole day fasting, and then has a 2,500 calorie meal before sleeping. He's using Ozempic or something, but still it's pretty boss and he is looking good.
It's open 24/7 and has a drive through, and I am out driving half the night - so it works in that way for me quite a lot.
Intermittent fasting is probably considered a good biohack, and seems to have proven useful in losing weight. I have a hard time getting past the initial discomfort of fasting. Ozempic was tempting to me at first, until I heard about the potential side effects and I decided to just exercise more!
