This is the angle of UFO research that Joe Rogan focuses on his podcast. So even though this information is quite old, it's gained a new audience via recent UFO disclosure stuff going on in America right now.

Lazar has also hinted in interviews with Jeremy Corbell that time travel technology is part of the big cover-up and why the covert military ops are absolutely not co-operating with the public on these issues about UFOs etc...
