does this cover the REAL meaning behind The Matrix
Both Wachowskis have transed now, and they admitted it's not a metaphor for the societal matrix of control or the illusion we live in - it's a metaphor for transing.
I've yet to see any serious coverage or analysis of this though.
I realised a few years ago that The Matrix is a really unhelpful myth for our time. We don't live in a Matrix, we don't live in an illusory world, we live in a real one that's just full of liars.

Wow, I didn't know the director/s went through a sex change. I saw one of the directors in this trailer for this particular documentary, and she looked pretty interesting though - with huge pink dreadlocks. I guess it doesn't surprise me, in a sense...
The trailer goes more into the high-tech/computer aspect side of what they feel was depicted in The Matrix. It shows Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, and stuff like that. I haven't seen the whole movie yet, but might watch it tonight.
Having an affinity for nature and the Earth etc, I don't really fully subscribe to the idea that our reality is a computer simulation - as I don't think computers can really get anywhere near the complexity of organic nature. But maybe in our high-tech world, there could be some connection - at least metaphorically...

He and Her - would become "HIR" instead etc etc. I liked space migration and language so I thought this was interesting - but it was not a screwed up, semi mind controlled version of "gender liberation" like we see shoved down our throats these days.... in my book - if you want an identity as:
- "zero gender"
- or an identity as a cosmic "SPACE PUSSY"
- so be it....
Just don't make your desires some HUGE issue that everyone else should be "edumakated" on ;-)

Often times nibs/ConCen ends
Often times nibs/ConCen ends up converting my large video uploads to x265. If he sees this, he will probably do that for this upload too - unless he is already doing it! I just upload the original file that I find elsewhere. I don't really know how to convert videos these days. But I agree that most stuff should be at least 1gb or under...
