The kidneys filter the blood. Blood flows through the kidneys. Bad stuff comes out of the blood through the kidneys.
It goes into the bladder. Then you wee it out.

There are definitely benefits but there are definitely better ways of getting those benefits.
Urine contains what the body has filtered out of the blood because it didn't want it. Don't put it back in.
