Man Moves Huge Blocks Without tools

interesting clip i found of a guy who owns a construction business who demonstrates moving heavy big blocks with rocks,and wood,also moves a barn house with no mechanical devices,and lifts up and secures i believe a 18,000 pound block 30 feet high into the ground,standing straight up with no mechanical help,is this perhaps how stonehedge was built?
