Ong Hat Files (Parallel Universe True Story?)

Ong Hat is a location within New Jersey Pine Barrens area. According to the story being told by Joseph Matheny a group of Chaos Theory (fringe) scientists discovered a means of traveling to a uninhabited (by humans) parallel Earth.
