I got this off TPB where it was uploaded by "mrx123", so all credit goes to him. He also has a DVDR of it up, but it currently has no seeds.

Obviously, I'm not 100% sure this is the case, so do your own research and don't take this video, or any other video as gospel. For the sake of disclosure I will state that Christine Maggiore passed away in 2008, however there is a lot of debate on what actually caused her death.

Hopefully someone can shed some more light onto that in the comments.
