With the tragedy that occurred earlier today I thought today would be as appropriate a time to post this as ever, although there is no concrete proof that the "Batman Shooter" was on any psych drugs, he was at the very least a supporter of them as he was taking a college course called "Biological Basis of Psychiatric and Neurological Disorders".
