Enormous amounts of continuous power are required for the new GE-Hitachi “global laser extraction” system employing gasification, electromagnetic charging and laser-separation of enriched plutonium from spent fuel rods. This novel process defies the traditional view that Pu cannot be separated from the uranium content in mixed-oxide rods, thereby enabling vast arsenals of hydrogen bombs to now be rapidly produced from nuclear waste from civilian power plants. Research and full-on production were being conducted in secret at the three secret underground labs: Haramachi, Hirono and somewhere underground at the Fukushima No.1 site. Now for the first time there may be a plausible motive. Surely there are many powers not happy with Japan owning and manufacturing nuclear weapons. Most people are utterly unaware of the possibility that Japan may be a nuclear power with a nuclear first strike capability, and it cannot be excluded that Japan has been selling nuclear weapons to other nations as well. It is certainly odd that an Israeli security corporation, probably controlled by the Mossad, had been installing and operating the security cameras at the Fukushima power plant, right were the explosion had happened, cameras that seemed oddly oversized. What is a foreign company doing at such a highly classified location, which may be involved in the production of nuclear weapons? Some even argue that the Stuxnet virus had been used against the Fukushima power plant to disable its emergency backup cooling system. Stuxnet is a malicious computer worm, first uncovered in 2010 by Kaspersky Lab. Thought to have been in development since at least 2005, Stuxnet targets SCADA systems and was responsible for causing substantial damage to Iran's nuclear program.
