Truth or Delusion

This morning someone bummed a smoke from me and gave me some CD's in return. What I found on one of those is rather disturbing, especially if there is any truth to it.

I thought I would post it here just in case if anything should come of it, and the topic does fit this forum. ( Mind Control )

I have done some preliminary searches of some of the contents and not found anything worthwhile ( IMO ).

Because of the title, I have not censored anything within.
The main document is in .rtf format.

This torrent also includes the .bmp files which were on the CD.
