Henry Kissinger START resets relations with Russia.

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee urging for ratification of the new START Treaty. The treaty, which would reduce both countries nuclear arsenals, was already signed by both US President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in Prague on April 8th. Several senators voiced their concern that the treaty makes too many concessions to Russia, and should, therefore, be reconsidered. RTs Dina Gusovsky caught up with Dr. Kissinger after the hearing to discuss US-Russia relations and the next steps for Iran and its nuclear program.
