Robby went to get more information on that new $600 reporting requirement by the IRS. The law goes in effect January 01 2011...which means that transactions during the year 2011 will be required to be reported on your 2012 tax forms. Except for this audience...there is no one aware of this provision in the health care bill. None of the mainstream news channels have talked about this, not even the financial channels like CNBC or Bloomberg News. "I don't think Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh , Sean Hannity and the rest of the collectivists called Conservative Talk Show hosts have even been alerted to this in any shape or form". Robby makes the case if the so called "conservative talk show hosts" mentioned this ...it would make a difference in the November elections...Robby goes on to read from a Farm Trade Journal regarding the new reporting requirements.

If the accumulated payments to a corporation in a year exceeds $600...you have to fill out a 1099 at the end of the year. (Example) So if you make a payment of $50 a month to your cell phone company..in 12 months that comes to $600...you have to fill out a IRS 1099 form.
