The design of the Brain Evolution System is different from other brainwave products, in that it doesn’t provide a singular method to achieve
entrainment. BrainEv uses multiple audio brainwave entrainment techniques, at once, via our exclusive 3 Point Dynamic Entrainment Audio
Process. (3P D.E.A.P.)
This entrainment process is ‘dynamic’, meaning it does not use one continuous entrainment stimulus at any given time. This system moves and
undulates, just as brainwaves do naturally. Rather than drive the brain to one stagnant entrainment plane, we’ve taken a fresh approach designed to limber and strengthen the capabilities of the brain in a way that is akin to
the challenges and rewards of an ongoing personal fitness plan.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended that each disc is listened to for 30 days at 30 minutes a day, six days a week, with one day off per week for reflection. If desired, this reflective period can be spent in quiet silence for 30 minutes, 30 minutes of meditation, or even 30 minutes writing down thoughts about your week.

•To begin each session, find a place away from distractions so that you can complete your daily sessions without interruption.
•Arrange your body in a way that will be comfortable for the next 30 minutes. (To promote relaxation, you may wish to stretch a bit to relieve any physical tensions.)
•You may sit upright, recline, or lay down. Keep your arms and legs uncrossed, as this will facilitate relaxation.
•Do not listen while performing any activity. It is important that you dedicate this 30 minute period to the program and yourself only.
•Begin each disc at a comfortable volume without any augmentations to the audio output (such a base boost or any other audio effects).
As you listen, do not concentrate on anything. Close your eyes, listen to the rich soundscapes and allow your mind to wander. As thoughts arise,
observe them and allow them to dissipate. Take slow, deep breaths and exhale completely to facilitate your relaxation.
