This is an excellent documentary series from approximately 1998. Anyone with an interest in aviation accidents and air crash investigation should find this series very interesting.

It includes actual footage, interviews with experts and those who were involved in air disasters, as well as fascinating insights into how air crash investigators discover the cause of accidents.

It doesn't use the dramatic recreations often seen in more recent air
disaster documentaries.

I have been completely unable to find any reference to this series online,
and finally managed to dig up the recording I had of it from around 1998, when it aired on Australian television.
