Is this Pyramidology to do with British-Israelism or something else? Was there a move to cap the Great Pyramid in 2000, a move which (according to the late Barry Smith) was repulsed by local Islamists?

The book is old, have any of the contents since been debunked, or do they just still remain unproven surmise?
