Dr Greger Latest in Clinical Nutrition 1 to 5

Someone recently put up parts 6, 7 & 8 (from Demonoid) - can't find them on concen using the search engine (unless i got them from demonoid).

these are the first 5 parts from 2007 onwards.

haven't watched them all yet, however so far these series contain some excellent information regarding scientific facts on what we should & should-not eat and our health.

the more i watch, the more it is evident that animal foods are poison, that includes Weston Price - who try to sell the theory that the 'shape of ones face' is 'scientific' evidence to justify their animal/poisonous diet. what a joke. i wouldn't be surprised if they are supported by the meat industry or big pharma, or both.

keep in mind, that this physician is presenting facts/results from scientific studies from all around the world.
