How come we never heard of Brian D. Hill during pizzagate itself?
I am not Brian Hill but I
I am not Brian Hill but I represent him and his defense that Brian is innocent all along. Brian's family and remaining friends are all behind him. Brian must expose these frame up operations because nobody else except Alex Jones talked about "if they frame a bunch of people with child porn, it's pure bull".
Nobody has done an actual documentary on this with professional equipment. Brian's family is working with me directly on this.
Enemies of the State
Sounds kind of like that new documentary Enemies of the State where a guy running Tor got Wikileaks info - but was also charged with harassing a young teen for sex. Couldn't they be both doing good with information wars AND also be guilty of child porn at the same time? He looks a little bit suspicious - of course, I should never judge a book by its cover...
The truth is Brian D. Hill
The truth is Brian D. Hill has Autism and likely Matt DeHart has Autism too.
According to a Florida law enforcement trainer named Dennis Debbault and University studies, people with Autism can be coerced to repeat things told to them. People with Autism can give false confessions and misleading statements. So somebody with Autism who decides to fight the New World Order and not be on the other side like Gretta Thunburg, they get targeted and threatened into falsely admitting guilt. The police did it so shoddy that the confession statements were contradictory and cannot be proven to be based on fact.
The Federal Court had five different Hazel Atlas motions alleging fraud on the Court filed by Brian D. Hill himself and those motions were never contested by the Government.

were proven to be inaccurate and false, a false confession caused by my

reported files/images/videos of interest but there was NO affidavit
verifying/confirming whether each such file could have been actual child
pornography. In addition to that, the SBI case file said that 454 files had
been downloaded with the eMule program between July 20, 2012, and July
28, 2013, while my computer was seized on August 28, 2012. The criminal
Judgment of guilty on November 12, 2014, was a fraudulent Judgment based
upon fraud on the Court. Letter respectfully filed with both the Hon.
Magistrate Judge of the Court and the AUSA Ramaswamy on this the 24th

Brian has proven his innocence but the Corrupt Federal Judges will not recognize it even under their own rules. Their rules say:
"If a respondent fails to file a response within the time required by this rule, the motion will be considered and decided as an uncontested motion, and ordinarily will be granted without further notice." Local Rule 7.3 Middle District of North Carolina.
So Brian David Hill = Innocence.
Somebody working for Navy Intelligence, formerly, told Brian's family member that "Brian David Hill = Innocence" and that Brian will be compensated once the Deep State is removed from power.
Autism
I am unfamiliar with his case, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was just something relatively innocent that was blown way out of proportion. Like a nude pic of a 17 year old girl on his phone or something. They call that jailbait, or it could also be a honey pot scandal as well. By the looks of it, his case is actually quite old as well. Not sure what has been happening with it in recent times. But low functioning and high functioning autistic guys might not have as well a control on their libido as a non-autistic guy would. So there could be something there, but just not anything that is a threat to anybody.

Roger Stone had reviewed over the documents in Brian's case. Roger Stone was a victim of a fraudulent prosecution himself. They twisted his statements from a fictional movie like GodFather or GodFather 2 to make Roger Stone out to be threatening people when more than likely he was joking to be funny and that got turned into making a threat.
The DOJ knows how to lie and fabricate evidence. In Brian's child porn case, his computer was analyzed at the State Bureau of Investigation, NOT AT A SANCTIONED CRIME LABORATORY. His computer was never analyzed at a Crime Lab which analyzes child porn evidence but that didn't happen in Brian's case. It was analyzed by one SBI Agent and it was downloading for 11 months and 8 days after his computer was seized.
If you actually read the discovery materials in Brian's case, you will find a lot of missing information.
First of all, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said the supposed material was not of a known series but of an unknown series. That doesn't make any sense when the original Search Warrant said that Brian had downloaded honey pot porn materials. However the NCMEC the head child protection tasks forces said a contradictory investigative claim saying Brian didn't have any which are of a known series. They never verified whether any of the listed honey pot files in the Search Warrant were ever found in Brian's seized computer. They wouldn't give an answer. Brian kept writing the State Crime Laboratory only to be told they never had Brian's seized computer. Brian writes the SBI and the Feds asking if any of the honey pot child porn files they claimed Brian downloaded, if any of it was found by forensics. They would not give an answer. So the whole case is a FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. YOU GET IT, FRAUD.
Then the Federal Government said that Brian has no victims or that victims are not known. So Brian has no victims. That is a fact in his case. It was downloading for 11 months after his computer was seized. The only way the download dates could be possible is that his computer was hacked and the improper forensic practice by SBI Agent Rodney V. White caused the hacking program to continue its download process even when in SBI custody but that doesn't explain how it was able to access the internet while at the State Bureau of Investigation.
Many different issues all show that the entire criminal case was a fraud and very poorly prosecuted. The problem is that Brian never had a real lawyer, he had no lawyer, only a court appointed prosecutor. This lawyer Eric David Placke was such a terrible lawyer that many criminal defendants plead guilty or lost the jury trials. He is a very poor criminal defense lawyer. When you have a bad lawyer, your going to lose and have to falsely plead guilty to face less time.

Is Brian just trying to clear his name now with videos like the one in this torrent, or is he still facing legal issues? I am also curious what kind of work he had been doing to "expose" the NWO or what he was doing that may have gotten the attention of intelligence agencies that would go out of their way to get him in legal trouble like this...

I know nothing about this story other than what I am learning now, thanks to theCorsair's questions, but I just want to say: everybody should be so lucky to have a lawyer/friend/believer like you! (and one savvy enough to be part of this concen community of self-styled misfits!)

So I am sure Brian pissed off some people there too. Also states can decide to be elected to join into this interconnected state to state automated child welfare information system." So anybody can lie and use that to take your children away. Brian was exposing that in 2010. Somebody else on YouTube titles is a "SACWIS Eugenics Database"
When you see George Kennedy, that was Brian D. Hill but he had a fight with Sean Justus of FederalJack also known as Popeye, so he changed aBrian's name to George Kennedy. He kept Brian's articles but took Brian's name out of all of them after Brian was framed with CP.
Brian did a lot of things before he was framed with that stuff.
