I know a lot of UFO/conspiracy people love the alien contact stuff. I personally never get into it much, because like psychic mediums, and other stuff like that, it can be faked so easily. But I offer this one here just for the heck of it...

agree - channellers add their own understanding or better say their misunderstanding how things work and how they are, even if it is with poor choice of words - as words are very important and one similarly meaning word can have devastating effect on our understanding of the true nature of who we are and where we are - we can get something out of it nonetheless but we have to be listening with healthy skepticism aka discernment - best way for us is to find on our own what is true and what is not, who we are and who we are not, otherwise we cannot know what is ballast and what is real
